Welcome to NAB Aesthetics. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or undergoing any treatments. By booking an appointment or purchasing services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Information

 

1.1. NAB Aesthetics is a professional aesthetics clinic offering non-surgical cosmetic treatments. All services are provided by trained, qualified, and insured practitioners.

 

1.2. We operate in accordance with the relevant local regulations and guidelines and uphold strict standards of hygiene, confidentiality, and client care.

2. Consultations

 

2.1. All new clients are required to attend a consultation before receiving treatment. This may be offered as a standalone service or included within your initial treatment booking.

 

2.2. It is your responsibility to disclose all medical history, allergies, medications, and previous treatments, as this may affect your suitability for certain procedures.

 

2.3. Failure to disclose accurate health information may result in refusal of treatment.

 

3. Booking and Payment

 

3.1. Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person.

 

3.2. A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final bill.

 

3.3. Some promotional packages or treatment plans may require **full payment upfront**, which will be made clear at the time of purchase.

 

3.4. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. All treatments will be charged at the rate applicable at the time of booking.

 

4. Cancellation, Lateness & No-Shows

 

4.1. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

4.2. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a **loss of deposit** or a **£\[xx] cancellation fee**.

 

4.3. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice (no-show) will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.

 

4.4. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your treatment and this will be treated as a late cancellation.

 

5. Refunds & Packages

 

5.1. Refunds are not offered for completed treatments under any circumstances.

 

5.2. In the event that you are medically unsuitable or unable to continue treatment after a course has started, a partial refund for remaining sessions may be offered, minus any sessions already completed.

 

5.3. Prepaid treatment packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

 

5.4. Package treatments are non-transferable and non-refundable once commenced.

 

5.5. If you choose not to complete a treatment plan or package without medical reason, no refund will be given.

 

6. Results & Expectations**

 

6.1. Aesthetic treatments are not guaranteed, and results vary from person to person.

 

6.2. Full results may take time to develop and may require multiple sessions. Practitioners will explain the expected outcomes and possible risks before treatment.

 

6.3. By undergoing treatment, you acknowledge that no specific result can be promised or guaranteed.

 

7. Medical Contraindications

 

7.1. Clients must inform the clinic of any changes to their medical history before each appointment.

 

7.2. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may not be in your best interest or poses a risk to your health.

 

8. Minors

 

8.1. We do not treat anyone under the age of 18 years. Valid photo ID may be required.

 

9. COVID-19 and Health Measures

 

9.1. You agree to comply with any health protocols in place at the time of your appointment, including mask wearing or symptom screening.

 

9.2. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your appointment out of consideration for our staff and clients.

 

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

 

10.1. All personal and medical information is treated with strict confidentiality and handled in accordance with Data Protection Act 2018.

 

10.2. Photos may be taken for clinical documentation and treatment tracking. These will not be used for marketing without your explicit written consent.

 

11. Promotions and Gift Vouchers

 

11.1. Promotions are valid for a limited time only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless stated.

 

11.2. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

12. Liability

 

12.1. NAB Aesthetics are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions or failure to disclose relevant medical history.

 

12.2. Clients must adhere to all aftercare advice provided to ensure the best results and reduce the risk of adverse effects.

 

13. Complaints

 

13.1. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please speak to your practitioner or email us at info@nabaesthetics.co.uk. We will aim to respond within 7 working days.

 

13.2. We aim to resolve all issues professionally and fairly in accordance with our clinic's complaints policy.

 

14. Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of UK. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with those laws.
